I provide integrative psychiatric services that’s dedicated to your whole self, i.e., your mind, body, and deeper patterns that shape your life.

We start with an initial psychiatric assessment to know your goals and needs. We order the appropriate labs, including nutrigenomic testing to better understand how your genes affect your body’s response to nutrients.

Follow up appointments will give you space to be heard, to focus on your progress, and to carefully optimize medications and supplements in support of your mental health. Our appointments will be based on shared decision-making to ensure your values and goals are central to your mental wellbeing.

Simply put: it’s the addition of therapeutic techniques to improve our mental health.

Another way of describing it: is the integration of several methods of care alongside our current psychiatric treatment to augment our mental wellbeing.

Yet, even another way of defining integrative psychiatry is: integrating science-based, evidence-informed approaches in combination with our conventional psychiatric model of care to optimize our mental well-being during our life experience.

My goal is to prioritize listening to you, your unique needs, and your main concerns. Also, insurance companies often overlook the complexities of our appointments, especially in the field of psychiatry and mental health. It is for these reasons that I have opted-out of working with insurance; to put you first.

However, you may still get reimbursed by using Reimbursify. I have partnered with a service called Reimbersify that allows you to easily submit your superbills electronically to your insurance for reimbursement.

New Psychiatric Evaluation appointments are $360.

Follow-Up appointments (up to 50-mins) are $270.

Follow-Up appointments (up to 25-mins) are $180.

If you’re unable to afford, I will do my best to provide you with alternative resources based on the information you provide. You may also look at psychologytoday.com for providers who take insurance.

Well, it’s important that we’re on the same page when building a professional and therapeutic relationship with one another. I'll introduce myself and ask you questions to help you describe the reasons why you're seeking psychiatric services. You’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions as well. If we both feel it's a good fit, then we continue scheduling our first appointment. If not, I can still help by providing referrals to other providers for your consideration.
